About The Position

Window World is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven professional to lead our Siding and Gutter Department as a Siding Installation & Service Manager at our Pittsburgh location. This is a full-time, salaried position, with compensation based on experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in siding and gutter installation.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products, installation techniques, and construction practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and oversee all siding and gutter installation crews and service technicians.
  • Ensure accountability, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and resolve installation and service-related issues.
  • Provide field support and guidance to installers and technicians as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication between field personnel and office staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Coordinate and order siding, gutter, and related project materials.
  • Collaborate with office staff to schedule installations, service appointments, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and installation best practices.
