About The Position
Window World is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven professional to lead our Siding and Gutter Department as a Siding Installation & Service Manager at our Pittsburgh location. This is a full-time, salaried position, with compensation based on experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in siding and gutter installation.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products, installation techniques, and construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee all siding and gutter installation crews and service technicians.
- Ensure accountability, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards.
- Review, troubleshoot, and resolve installation and service-related issues.
- Provide field support and guidance to installers and technicians as needed.
- Maintain clear communication between field personnel and office staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Coordinate and order siding, gutter, and related project materials.
- Collaborate with office staff to schedule installations, service appointments, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and installation best practices.
