Security Sales Consultant
About The Position
Alert 360 is seeking a Video Surveillance & Security Consultant to join their team. This role is the face of Alert 360, dedicated to selling a range of solutions, including Stand-Alone Camera Systems (CCTV), Solar Mobile Surveillance Trailers, Powered Live Video Monitoring Hardware, Security, and Smart Home Automation to both businesses and homes. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and flexible working hours. The security sector, particularly video surveillance, is a rapidly growing segment of the industry with a significant global market size.
Requirements
- B2B, Outside Sales, Self lead generation is REQUIRED
- Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals.
- Desire and drive to make money and be successful.
- Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations.
- Must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone.
- Comfortable working for 100% commission.
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
- Weekend and evening availability!
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Outbound sales: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
- Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers.
