About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Rover Officer to patrol environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers. The role requires strong observation skills to read the environment, anticipate risks, and respond appropriately. Officers remain physically active throughout their shifts and help protect people and property.

The position is based in Brea, California, with multiple day and swing shifts available; shift details will be discussed during the interview. The hourly wage is $18.00. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas and identify suspicious activity.

• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Perform crowd control.
