About The Position

Titan Security is hiring Security Response / Flex Officers to work at various locations throughout the Metro Detroit area. This position features a flexible schedule with no set hours and requires open availability to work days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends. Officers provide patrol and security services at assigned properties, help protect tenants, visitors, and assets, respond to incidents, and maintain a professional security presence while adapting to different locations and client procedures.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Open availability and willingness and ability to work day, afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
Perform patrol services at assigned properties to ensure the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets.
Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
Write detailed, professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, following company and client protocols.
Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures and rules regarding trespassing and unauthorized access.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
Adapt to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
