About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for its Needham, Massachusetts site. This on-call/per-diem role has no set schedule and requires open availability. Duties vary by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, surveillance, and other security assignments. The officer monitors and protects premises, people, and property; controls access; responds to incidents; and prepares detailed reports. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Experience with CCTV cameras, access control, and report writing.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive, strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
