About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution in San Francisco, California, you will help safeguard the client by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders while supporting a welcoming environment. The role includes following site-specific procedures and policies, monitoring access, responding to incidents and alarms, and documenting observations and security-related matters.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification.
CPR certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers by carrying out site-specific procedures and policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns or unusual conditions.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for incidents, observations, and security-related matters.
