About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Driving Patrol in Roseau, Minnesota. The role provides a dependable assigned-site shift, with the option to pick up additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. The designated weekly shift is an anchor schedule requiring a six-month commitment. Employees may build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week and can scale back when needed. Pay is $20.00 per hour. The listed shift is Wednesday, 10:00 PM–5:00 AM.

The Security Officer provides customer service while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, responds to incidents and critical situations, and conducts regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require candidates to be at least 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Commit to the designated assigned-site shift for six months.
