About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Security Officer at an automotive manufacturing location in Marysville, Ohio, you will help safeguard the site by conducting patrols, supporting access control, and providing customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors and contribute to a welcoming environment. The scheduled shifts are Friday and Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor site access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entries and exits.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete required incident documentation.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
