Requirements

Current CA Guard Card
Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Minimum 1 year experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need (Flex Officer).
Ability to work varied schedules, shifts, days off, and hours per week based on operational need (Flex Officer).
Ability to work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called in for short-notice call-ins (Flex Officer).

Nice To Haves

Dispatching or concierge experience preferred
Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Perform Interior/Exterior Facility patrol.
Perform Gate Access Control.
Provide Customer Service.
Perform Patrolling & de-escalation.
Perform Dispatching or concierge duties (preferred).
Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need as a Flex Officer.
Work varied schedules, shifts, days off, and hours per week based on operational need as a Flex Officer.
Be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs as a Flex Officer.
Work shifts scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule as a Flex Officer.
Cover shifts with short notice as a Flex Officer.
Work at least 80% of the shifts for which you are called in for short-notice call-ins as a Flex Officer.
