Requirements

Current CA Guard Card
Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Minimum 1 year experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to meet rigorous employment standards
Excellent match for open positions as personally verified by Site Managers

Nice To Haves

Dispatching or concierge experience
Prior security/military/law enforcement experience

Responsibilities

Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP.
Act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
Perform Interior/Exterior Facility patrol.
Perform Gate Access Control.
Provide Customer Service.
Perform Patrolling & de-escalation.
Dispatching or concierge duties (preferred).
Train at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need for Flex Officers.
Accept shifts as they become available due to staffing needs for Flex Officers.
Cover shifts with short notice for Flex Officers.
Work any shift for which you are scheduled in advance for Flex Officers.
Communicate unavailability to supervisor for Flex Officers.
Work at least 80% of shifts for which called in for short-notice call-ins as a Flex Officer.
