Requirements

Current CA Guard Card
Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Minimum 1 year experience
Interior/Exterior Facility patrol experience
Gate Access Control experience
Customer Service experience
Patrolling & de-escalation skills required
High School diploma or equivalent
CA Guard Card certification

Nice To Haves

Dispatching or concierge experience preferred
Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Perform Interior/Exterior Facility patrol.
Perform Gate Access Control.
Provide Customer Service.
Perform Patrolling & de-escalation.
Be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need for Flex Officer positions.
Cover shifts as needed for Flex Officer positions, which may include short-notice call-ins.
Work any shift for which a Flex Officer is scheduled in advance.
Communicate unavailability to supervisor for Flex Officer positions.
Work at least 80% of shifts for which a Flex Officer is called in.
