Requirements

Current CA Guard Card
Clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Minimum 1 year experience
Customer Service experience
Patrolling & de-escalation skilled required
High School diploma or equivalent
CA Guard Card

Nice To Haves

Dispatching or concierge experience preferred
Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP.
Act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
Interior/Exterior Facility patrol.
Gate Access Control.
Customer Service.
Patrolling & de-escalation.
Dispatching or concierge duties (preferred).
For Flex Officers: Trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
For Flex Officers: Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
For Flex Officers: Assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
For Flex Officers: Expected to work any shift for which they are scheduled in advance.
For Flex Officers: Expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which they are called in on short notice.
For Flex Officers: Communicate unavailability with supervisor to avoid being scheduled.
