About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a part-time Surveillance Security Officer in Rochester, New York. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to spot potential threats before they escalate, in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. Officers help protect people and property through observation, incident response, access control, and patrols.

The schedule includes Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday and Monday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly wage is $20.16. A uniform is provided at no cost, and GardaWorld offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.

• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.
