About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Rochester, New York. The officer monitors security systems and screens to spot suspicious activity and potential threats before they escalate, helping protect people and property in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position offers a full-time or part-time schedule with various days and times and pays $19.73 per hour. DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Eligible new hires may receive a $150 hiring bonus after 30 days and an additional $150 after 90 days, subject to bonus criteria and terms. The employer provides a uniform at no cost and describes opportunities for career growth. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Have strong report-writing skills.
- Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
- Have strong proficiency with technology.
- Hold a state license if required.
- Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities
