About The Position

As a Security Officer Premier Corporate in Greenwich, Connecticut, you will serve and safeguard clients in commercial real estate and other industries. In this unarmed patrol role at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. The position is part-time and pays $19.67 per hour. Scheduled shifts are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or building personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
