About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Roving Patrol Driver in Brookfield, Wisconsin, at a utilities-related location. The position provides a designated site and fixed weekly anchor shift requiring a six-month commitment. Employees may claim additional shifts through the company's scheduling platform, with the option to build up to a full-time schedule of as many as 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The listed pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The scheduled shift is Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required; candidates must have at least one year of driving history.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a utilities-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, solve problems, and escalate concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity according to site-specific access-control procedures.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and irregular conditions in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
