About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Patrol Driver in Roseau, Minnesota. The role provides a fixed weekly shift at an assigned site, requiring a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Employees may work part-time or increase their hours, potentially up to 40 per week, with the option to scale back. The listed pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The scheduled shift is Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• State or local licensing may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
