About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Princeville, Hawaii. The role provides consistent hours at an assigned site on a designated weekly shift, with a six-month commitment to that anchor schedule. In addition to the fixed shift, officers may claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The position pays $24.40 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The officer provides customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at a hospitality location while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. The role involves unarmed patrols, monitoring property activity and access points, responding professionally to concerns and incidents, and completing reports and shift communications. Applicants are subject to background investigation and, where permitted by law, drug screening.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at a hospitality location while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations.
Monitor access points and property activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
