About The Position

Securitas is hiring professional Security Officers to help protect client property and personnel. Officers observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites and provide for the security and safety of clients’ property and personnel. Positions are available full-time and part-time, with all shifts available, including weekends. The listed pay range is $16.00–$22.25 per hour, and employees are paid weekly. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements. The role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, potentially including climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain. Physical duties may include frequent lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Pass a lifetime background check and a drug test.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Meet Securitas’s professional appearance policy: visible body-piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted unless authorized.
Be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently for extended periods, including potentially climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain.
Be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
