About The Position

Securitas is hiring entry-level Security Officers to observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites and help protect client property and personnel. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and professional conduct. Officers must pass a drug screen and background check and meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements. Positions are available full-time and part-time, across all shifts, including weekends. Pay is $13.63–$16.00 per hour, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of computers and technology.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
• Must comply with the professional appearance policy: visible body-piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted unless authorized.
