About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in San Francisco, California. The officer will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and professional communication. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal’s driver policy requirements. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. The pay rate is $26.00 per hour. Applicants must meet age and education requirements and are subject to background investigation and drug screening as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Document observations, incidents, and activities according to site-specific procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
