Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed mobile patrol driver to serve and safeguard clients at an automotive location in Pattison, Texas. The role involves driving routine patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and providing customer service and clear communication. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. The officer carries out site security procedures and policies, responds to incidents and alarms, monitors access, documents activity, and prepares accurate reports. The role may also involve emergency response activities when appropriate.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a background investigation, as a condition of employment and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Successful completion of a drug screen, to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing areas, parking facilities, office spaces, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site policies.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and unusual activities, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
