About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location in Juno Beach, Florida. The role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, supporting access control, and reporting security-related concerns. This is a driving post that requires customer service, clear communication, and use of technology to document activity. The position is scheduled Monday and Friday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license, as required under Allied Universal driver policy for this driving position.
A guard card.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants must undergo a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
Applicants must undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Access control and badge experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in accordance with site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Communicate hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
