Security Officer Access Control Patrol
About The Position
As a Security Officer Access Control Patrol in Carthage, Mississippi, you will serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage production location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control procedures. The role involves providing customer service and clear communication while contributing to a team-focused culture built on integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation. This is a full-time position scheduled Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $15.66 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and in a problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity according to site requirements, maintaining accurate logs and records.
- Observe and report potential policy violations, equipment concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
