About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location in Beverly Hills, California, you will help safeguard clients, tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel. You will conduct routine and random patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access and visitor activity, respond to concerns and incidents, document observations, and support a welcoming environment while providing professional customer service.

The position is scheduled for overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pay is $20.10 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency-response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial office buildings, parking areas, lobbies, common areas, and perimeter locations, and identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct guests, contractors, and delivery personnel according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
