About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer HOA Patrol in Canyon Lake, California, to serve and safeguard clients in residential settings. The role offers access to the Claim a Shift platform, where officers can view and claim open shifts based on their availability. The stated schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $20.16 per hour. Applicants must meet age and education or experience requirements, and employment is subject to background investigation and drug screening. Licensing may be required under applicable state or local rules; a valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license if assigned to a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
