About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer HOA in Canyon Lake, California, to serve and safeguard clients in residential settings. The role provides customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Officers respond calmly and use problem-solving skills in incidents and critical situations, and conduct regular and random patrols around the site and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The posted pay rate is $20.16 per hour. The scheduled shifts are 3:00 PM–8:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The schedule includes access to tools for claiming additional shifts. Employment is conditional on applicable background and drug screening. State or local licensing may be required before employment; a valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 or older for armed roles.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver's license only if assigned to a driving position.
