About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a technology location in Atlanta, Georgia, you will help safeguard clients and maintain a welcoming environment. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and provide customer service and clear communication. The role is scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and pays $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience.
CPR certification.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology facilities, office areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access activity and visitor movement according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information during shift handoffs.
