About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a concierge post in Reserve, Louisiana. The role emphasizes customer service and building confidence with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. A TWIC card is required. The schedule is on-call across first, second, and third shifts, with hours varying. The position pays $25.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• TWIC card required.
• Must have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of people and property.
