About The Position

Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. This role includes overnight shifts in Sahuarita, Arizona, at a wage of $18.00 per hour.

The position involves frequent interactions with client employees and guests, providing customer service and information, conducting property tours, completing assigned rounds, and using technology devices throughout the shift. Officers identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activity; follow post orders; and perform other tasks of a similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. They must remain calm and professional in stressful situations and respond to emergencies with effective judgment and appropriate escalation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including a drug screen and background investigation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Clear motor vehicle record and valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.

Responsibilities
