About The Position

Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives at client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. This is a full-time overnight position based in Sahuarita, Arizona, paying $18.00 per hour. Officers interact frequently with client employees and guests, provide customer service and information, conduct property tours, and use technology devices throughout their shifts. They identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, and suspicious activity; follow post orders; and complete assigned rounds. They may also carry out other tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required at the assigned site.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Professional demeanor.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Clear motor vehicle record and valid Arizona driver's license.
Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
Must participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
