About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Surveillance for a food and beverage distribution location in Stockton, California. The role provides reliable, assigned weekly shifts, with a six-month commitment to the designated site and schedule. Officers may also claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform, allowing them to increase their hours up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in accordance with established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, parking areas, trailers, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers according to site-specific entry and visitor-management procedures.
• Accurately document patrols, incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
