About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an unarmed Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients in industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role provides customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Officers respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
