About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Phoenix, Arizona, you will help safeguard clients and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
