About The Position

As a part-time unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced restaurant location in Dallas, Texas, you will help safeguard clients, guests, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, provide customer service, and communicate clearly while collaborating with others. The position serves a Food/Beverage industry location and offers access to a shift-claiming platform to view and claim additional shifts. The stated schedule is Friday and Saturday, 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The pay rate is $24.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, guests, delivery personnel, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and security policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of dining areas, entrances, parking areas, drive-thru lanes, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, and assist with traffic flow, deliveries, and requests for assistance according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events, following established emergency response protocols.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
