Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and utility personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals and vehicles entering or exiting utility facilities, documenting visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, perimeters, parking areas, and restricted areas to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
- Maintain accurate security-related logs, reports, and access records while communicating professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
