About The Position

Titan Security is hiring Security Officers for a location in the Highland Park, Michigan area. Officers provide customer service, help maintain a safe environment, conduct patrols, control access, monitor security cameras, keep accurate logs, and respond to incidents and emergencies. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 pounds, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to people encountered while on duty, including giving directions and general business information.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to identify security violations, unsafe conditions, and unauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs concerning people or property, including packages.
• Respond to property incidents and emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
