About The Position

Titan Security is hiring part-time Security Officers in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Security Officers provide customer service, maintain administrative logs, control access, monitor cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents and emergencies. The role requires a valid Tennessee Security License and the ability to perform physical duties that may include lifting 50 pounds or more, walking stairs, conducting foot patrols, and working in inclement weather.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Tennessee Security License.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.

• Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to people encountered while on duty, including directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate front-desk administrative logs pertaining to people or property, including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
