About The Position

Titan Security is hiring Security Officers to work at a location near Wixom, Michigan. The role provides customer service and supports the security and safety of the property through patrols, access control, camera monitoring, recordkeeping, and incident response. Officers may patrol on foot or in a vehicle and interact with patrons, visitors, vendors, and others encountered while on duty.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to people encountered while on duty, including directions and general business information.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to identify security violations, unsafe conditions, and unauthorized persons.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs concerning people or property, including packages.
• Respond to property incidents and emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
