About The Position

Securitas is hiring multiple full- and part-time Security Officers to help keep client sites safe in southern New Hampshire. Positions are available in Manchester, Merrimack, Salem, Nashua, and Hooksett. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on the work site. Several schedules are available, including afternoon and overnight shifts, with weekly hours ranging from 8 to 40. Applicants should tell their recruiter which schedules they are interested in; working across multiple sites may be accommodated to provide additional hours. Weekend availability is required. No prior security experience is required, and Securitas will help employees apply for an NH Guard Card after an offer of employment. The role includes operating a Securitas vehicle as part of shift duties. Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
High level of professionalism.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work weekends.
NH Guard Card; Securitas will help the employee apply after an offer of employment.

Responsibilities

Help keep client sites safe and safeguard clients’ people and assets.
Remain attentive to surroundings, observe and report potential risks or incidents, and respond to situations that may affect safety and security.
Assist clients, colleagues, or community members when needed.
Operate a Securitas vehicle as part of shift duties.
