As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Control in Burbank, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, monitor activity, and conduct routine patrols to help deter incidents. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, including verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor entry records, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Support the protection of company property and controlled areas by following established procedures for keys, badges, gates, and vehicle access.
