As a Security Officer Credential Control Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
  • Monitor building entrances, visitor check-in activity, and credential verification to help support authorized access to the property and help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter access points, observing for unusual activity and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related issues.
