About The Position

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal in Atlanta, Georgia, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide customer service to visitors and staff. The role includes responding to alarms, supporting access control and badge processes, documenting activities using computer or tablet systems, and communicating professionally. You will follow security-related procedures and site-specific policies, respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
