About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Driver in Roseau, Minnesota, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through customer service and communication. This driving post includes responding to security-related concerns, documenting observations, and collaborating with a team.

The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. A valid driver's license and at least one year of driving history are required.

Applicants must meet the stated age requirement for unarmed roles, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and undergo a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws. Requirements

• Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of driving history.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
• Document observations and respond to security-related concerns.
