About The Position

Securitas is hiring a full-time Security Officer for a client location in LeRoy, New York. The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 1600–2400. Applicants must have reliable transportation to LeRoy. The selected candidate will attend orientation at Securitas’s Rochester, New York office and, if needed, New York State licensing classes there. The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling the premises, preserving order, and enforcing client-site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role also involves customer service and providing information to client employees and customers. Securitas provides training for candidates new to the security industry.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to the LeRoy, New York work location.
Attend orientation at the Rochester, New York office.
Attend New York State licensing classes at the Rochester office if needed.
