About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Madisonville, Kentucky, you will help safeguard employees, visitors, and clients. You will maintain a visible presence, monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to security concerns, and support a welcoming environment through professional customer service and communication. The role offers access to a shift-claiming platform to explore additional shifts.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required before employment, depending on state or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, communicating observations to site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and daily activities while supporting a professional, orderly environment.
