About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer for a bicycle route driver position at a food and beverage production location in Lodi, California. The officer will help safeguard the site, deter security-related incidents, and maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role includes bike and vehicle patrols, customer service, incident response, documentation, and communication with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. The stated pay rate is $18.00 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols by bike and vehicle of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Accurately document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
