About The Position

Regency Oaks is seeking a hospitality-focused PRN Security Guard in Clearwater, Florida. The role maintains a secure environment by conducting rounds and inspections, responding to emergency calls, and keeping accurate security and incident records. Employment is contingent on successfully completing an AHCA background screening in compliance with applicable laws.

The listed flexible shifts are 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., 12:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m., and 12:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Successful completion of an AHCA background screening, as required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled rounds inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor and conduct scheduled security checks, walking inspections, and radio-request responses.
• Respond to the emergency response system according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain door-unlock and emergency-call logs and doctor run sheets.
• Prepare timely, accurate incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergency-call logs, and other required records.
• Deliver pass-on reports to relief officers.
• Immediately notify appropriate personnel of emergencies.
