About The Position

As an unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Dodge Center, Minnesota, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, supporting access control, and reporting incidents. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a teamwork-driven culture. The position is full time and pays $20.22 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:45 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local law; licensing may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation.
Observe and report potential hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
