As a Security Officer Digital Systems Operations in Minooka, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access concerns, and workplace disruptions.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and reports.
  • Support site operations by reporting maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or conditions that may affect facility operations to appropriate personnel.
